The design of this site was inspired by one of my favorite photographs. I took the picture in rural Tennessee and decided that it needed a little bit of depth so I created "fingers" that appear to be shedding light and flowing in the air across the open land.

The beauty of this photograph, and one of the reasons I like it so much, is that the fingers and light can mean anything. It's up to the viewer. They could be spreading nutrients, music, knowledge, progress... anything.

What do they mean to me? Well, I haven't decided yet.
